PETALING JAYA, June 15 — A lorry attendant was fined RM1,500, in default two months jail, by the Magistrate's Court here today for making a false police report over the loss of his identity card to avoid paying compound.

PETALING JAYA, March 24 — A Japanese private college student was fined RM2,000 by the Magistrate's Court here today after she pleaded guilty to making a false police report claiming that she was robbed and raped by a group of African men.

KUALA LUMPUR, March 18 — A trader was ordered to pay a maximum RM2,000 fine yesterday by the Selayang Magistrate’s Court here for lodging a false police report, to avoid his wife from being issued a summons for driving a car without a valid licence.
